Welcome to the inside of the printing tent. This is where random spools of plastic become things that may actually be useful.
The unit here is a Creality Ender 3 Pro which is a failry inexpensive ($300) printer. It has been running a few hours per week for the last 2.5 years. So far it needed just the spool feed lock replaced ($20 on amazon). Every six months the fans on the hot end get re-oiled (3 in 1) since the constant heat dries them out. No need for new fans, just oil them and good forever.
